What Is Lagree Training
Lagree Training (named after its inventor) is a revolutionary workout done on a megaformer fitness machine, which uses spring tension to create the ideal resistance for each major muscle group.
The workout combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance and flexibility training into a core-intensive 50 minute session. It is a scientifically proven method that is low-impact and safe!
